Principal & CEO
Principal and CEO Brendan Mason leverages over 15 years of experience in real estate development and construction management to offer a holistic approach that guides teams throughout the entire project lifecycle. Brendan believes in the sharing of risk and the sharing of ideas, developing a true rapport with clients and partners, and leading through creative problem solving and an openness to new ways of thinking. Brendan is a proud Husky, graduating from the University of Washington’s Runstad Center with an MS in Real Estate. In his free time he is passionate about skiing, golfing, and spending time with his family and friends.
Principal & CFO
Having applied his enthusiasm for finance, real estate, and capital markets to hundreds of projects and a broad range of clients over nearly two decades, Noah Pokrass proudly serves as AltaBird's Principal and CFO. Noah understands the development process from beginning to end, with a keen eye for creative financing solutions and a sophisticated market understanding. He is execution- focused to ensure projects stay on track and goals are achieved. Noah has a BA from Cornell University and an MBA from UCLA. He enjoys spending time with his family and is often found taking advantage of the endless Orange County sunshine in the saddle of one of his bikes.
